2. Please Include Label Information
Your materials may already have labels, but if they don’t, or you want something other than what is indicated, just include that information in your package.

We use and recommend the US Postal Priority Mail service which is dependable, reasonably priced, and traceable. You may want to use a Flat Rate Box (free at the post office) so that the weight is not a factor in the price of shipping. Once we receive your package we will call or email to let you know it has arrived. Then we will carefully transfer your precious memories to our digital platform, taking every precaution to ensure that your media is preserved, not only in the physical form but in the exact audio quality. If improvements or enhancements are needed, at your request, we will be happy to take our service to the next level and digitally repair and improve your audio.
Upon completion of your project, we will call you with the total price including shipping at which time you can provide payment with either a credit or debit card. We will include the receipt with your shipment and send it on its way. The turnaround time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
